摘要 运用酶细胞化学方法对实验性家兔布氏菌病的酶细胞代谢及与临床病程关系的研究表明,由于布氏菌及其内毒素(LPS)的作用,细胞中LPH活性发生改变,导致机体内乳酸的堆积,而出现乏力、肌内酸痛等临床现象。ALP的活性变化,磷酸基代谢受到了影响。SDH、MDH、LDH的活性改变,使糖的有氧代谢及糖、脂肪、蛋白质三者互换转化发生紊乱。 Genetic toxin effect in experimental rabbit brucellosis was studied by SCE method. The result showed that there is a high evident difference in SCE rate between infection group and control group. SCE is high in each period after infection and there is not marked come down till the 4th month.This result showed that brucella and it's entoxin have an immediate and lasting harm effect to cellar DNA and chromosome which is closely related to clinical manifestation and specific test indexes.This finding may have a guiding significance to the study of brucella pathogenesis.
