摘要
应用高分子电容式湿度传感器和压阻应变式压力传感器 ,研制了一种智能化微水、密度在线监测仪 ,它有液晶显示和RS4 85接口 ,可以实现对整个SF6组合电器 (GIS)微水、密度的在线监测。将研制的在线监测仪安装于实验室中充N2 的GIS母线筒的取气口上 ,试验研究了GIS母线筒与在线监测仪测量腔体中水蒸气的平衡时间 。
By use of polymer capacitive humidity sensor and piezoresistive pressure sensor, a on line intelligent monitoring meter with crystal display and interface RS485 is developed. By means of this meter, the humidity and density of SF 6 gas in all Gas Insulated Substation(GIS) can be monitored. In laboratory, installing the meter on the outlet of enclosure of GIS busbar, the balance time of the vapor in GIS and measuring cavity of meter is studied, thus, a way of real time on line humidity monitoring of SF 6 gas in GIS is provided.
