摘要
采用叠片联轴器的主要目的是补偿系统在运行过程中产生的不对中。研究一种新型结构叠片联轴器——关节轴承式叠片联轴器 ,引进关节轴承 ,使得两轴线之间的角不对中补偿能力由 1 .0°~ 1 .5°提高到 4°~ 6°。分别用经典力学和 ANSYS有限元分析了 3种不同尺寸规格的关节联轴器 ,得出应力最大值所处的位置及 3种规格关节联轴器所能补偿的角不对中的能力。
The main purpose for the application of flexible laminated membrane coupling into joint equipment is to compensate for all kinds of shaft misalignment. A new kind of flexible laminated membrane coupling—the joint flexible laminated membrane coupling (JFLMC) is developed in this paper. It uses joint bearing which enables the angular compensatory capacity between the two axes to rise from 1.0°-1.5° to 4°-6°. Mechanics of materials and the software ANSYS for finite element method are used to analyze three types of JFLMC for the compensatory capacities. The maximal stress and the capacity of angle-misalignment for JFLMC of every size are obtained. The analytical result offers the theoretical proof for the designing of the new JFLMC.
