摘要
原苏联早在 2 0世纪 70年代就提出转变经济增长方式 ,即由粗放型向集约型转变。但由于忽视了经济体制因素 ,所以未取得预期成效。俄罗斯向市场经济转轨后 ,由于市场体系的不完善 ,市场功能未能有效发挥 ,所以仍未改变粗放式经济增长方式。市场经济体制是生成集约型经济增长方式的必要条件 。
As early as the 1970s the former Soviet Union set forth changing from extensive to intensive mode of economic growth,but did not achieve the anticipated effects due to neglect of economic structure factors. After Russian transition to market economy,the extensive mode of economic growth remained unchanged and market functions remained to be effectively displayed due to unsound market system. Market economic system is an indispensable,but not the only,condition for generating an intensive mode of economic growth.
