本文研究了含二十八碳醇的小麦胚芽饮料的工艺流程,确定了最佳配方和工艺要点,研究了随 着保存时间延长饮料中二十八碳醇的分布变化情况。
This paper studied the technology of defatted-wheat germ protein beverage supplemented with octacosanol , and determined its optimum recipe and operation process, the octacosanol distributing of the beverage was also invertigated.
