摘要
民营企业规模不断扩大与人员频繁流失形成的矛盾,迫切需要企业采用现代人力资源管理的方法。文章以山西省民营零售企业为例介绍了人力资源管理的一般流程,并结合优秀企业案例对每项具体业务进行了解释。
The contradiction between the continuous expansion of the scale of small and medium sized enterprises and the frequent leakage of the personnel has crying need that the enterprise adopts the method of modern human resources management to solve. Taking the people-run retail enterprises of Shanxi Province as the examples, this paper introduces the general procedures of the human resources management, and explains each concrete procedure connecting with some cases of outstanding enterprises.
