摘要
我国基础教育评估并没有像高等教育评估那样形成独立的组织体系与制度体系,而是与国家教育督导制度捆绑在一起,称为“督导评估”。“督导评估”在市场经济日趋成熟、教育改革不断深入的今天,其局限性已日显突出,建立一个面向基础教育的专业化教育评估机构已经成为教育管理现代化改革的迫切要求。
Unlike the higher education evaluation, our elementary education doesn't have its own independent organizational and institutional system, instead it is incorporated into the nation's educaitonal supervision system, known as evaluation of supervision and guidance. However, with the maturity of market economy and the deepening of educational reform, the limitations of evaluation of supervision and guidance are becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, to establish an organization of professional educaitonal evaluation is what is required of the reform of educational management modernization.
