中医研究生教育相关问题的探讨

Explorations onto problems concerning postgraduate education of Chinese medicine

针对现今中医研究生培养中存在的问题,从培养目标与人才素质、教育模式、继承与创新在研究生教育中的作用、导师必备的素质及应当发挥的作用、学位论文的评价5个方面进行了分析,并提出初步看法,以期对培养适应现代社会需要的高素质中医人才、促进中医事业的发展有所裨益。

Aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of Chinese med icine postgraduates,this paper analyzed the following five aspects of cultivation object and ta lent quality,education mode,the role of inheritance and creation in the process of postgraduate education,tutors' essential qualities and the role they are supp osed to play,and appraisal of dissertations.Some preliminary opinions were sugge sted for reference for the nurturing of high-quality professional of Chinese med icine who are supposed to meet the needs of modern society,so as to promote the development of the Chinese medicine cause.
