济宁路和汉口路山羊皮组织结构的研究

STUDY ON THE MICRO-STRUCTURE OF JINING AND HAN KOU GOAT SKIN

本文论述了采用组织显微切片技术研究了济宁路和汉口路山羊皮显微组织构造特点和它们之间的共性与个性。同时,针对这两路山羊皮组织结构特征,提出了在制革生产中须相应采取的技术措施。

In this paper, the micro-structure of JiTNing and Han Kou goat skin has been Compored. The results of experiments demonstrated that two kinds of goat skins have many different characteristics. JiNing goat skin has smaller size and thinner skin than Han Kou goat skin. Difference of thickenss in different position of JiNing goat skin is bigger than that of Han kou goat skin. Hair tuft of JiNing goat skin is thicker than that of Han Kou goat skin. JiNing goat skin has many naps JiNing goat skin's epidermis is not developed, but its grain layer is thicker than Han Kou goat skin's. JiNing goat skin's grain is not uniform as Han Kou goat skin's. In the upper and middle portions of grain layer of two kinds of goat skin, collagen fibers are fine and the weave is dense. Collagen fiber's weave of the downward layer is slack. Weave of the upper part is slack, and the downward part's weave is dense. Sweat glands, elastic fibers and erector pins of JiNing goat skin are more developed than that of Han Kuo goat skin. Fat-glands of Han Kou goat skin are more developed.
