摘要 通过对一株人轮状病毒FH4232株与猴轮状病毒SA11株的混合感染物的体外培养和空斑纯化,发现在子代克隆中有2株是FH4232和SA11株生成的重组子代。重组子代病毒株的第5、11条电泳带来自亲代FH4232株,其余多条则来自亲代SA11株。体外轮状病毒重组子代的发现对研究其基因重组和变异乃至进化均有重要意义,而且为人轮状病毒疫苗的制备和应用提供有效的参考途径。 The experiment was to purify a virus mixture mix-infected with two rotavirus strains which had been adapted to cell culture.It was shown that HRV strain FH4232 had been mixed with the simian rotavirus SA11 already.Two reassortants of FH4232 and SA11 were obtained from the purified progenies of the 13th passage of mixed viral strain.From the studies of viral origins,it was found that the 5th and 11th segments of the reassortant viral RNAelectropherotype were Come from parental RNA of strain FH4232,and the others from parental RNA of strain SA11Analysis of the reassortants generated in vitro was condutcive to account for the variability of elec-tropherotypes and to study genetic reassortment and variability of HRV in vivo.In addition,these human-animal rotavirus reassortants also offer promise as potential vaccine candidates.
