摘要
火电厂排放的二氧化硫形成的酸雨已严重危害人类生存环境,国家把解决烟气脱硫问题纳入国家大计之中,强制要求火电厂必须安装烟气脱硫装置,但是,烟气脱硫的关键技术和设备要靠进口,这样,一方面造成巨额资金外流,另一方面又会因备品备件问题影响生产,为此,文章分析了发展国产烟气脱硫技术及成套设备的可行性和必要性,并指出实现国产化烟气脱硫技术和设备是今后的必然发展方向。
Acid rain caused by SO2 emission from fossil-fuel power plants has seriously impacted human's living environment, in view of which great importance has been attached to flue gas desulphurization (FGD), and the construction of FGD devices is enforced upon fossil-fuel power plants in China. However, the key FGD techniques and equipments are imported at present, which leads to huge capital flight and the problem of spare parts. In this paper, the feasibility and necessity of indigenizing FGD technique and the equipment complex are analyzed, with the conclusion that indigenization is the trend for FGD development in China.
