摘要 浅层气井喷事故危害极大 ,严重时可导致井眼报废、船毁人亡等恶性后果。目前预防和控制浅层气井喷是国内外石油界的一个技术难题。 1999年蓬莱 19 3 3井、渤中 2 5 1 6井发生的浅层气井喷事故是渤海油田 30多年钻井作业中首次遇到的。以蓬莱 19 3 3井、渤中 2 5 1 6井井喷为例 ,简要分析浅层气井喷的特点 ,并结合海上作业实际 ,对浅层气区域的钻井作业要求、浅层气防喷措施、浅层气井喷的应急处理进行总结。实践证明 ,该套技术行之有效 ,具有较强的操作性。 The harm of shallow gas blowout is much serious, which may lead to useless wellbore and disaster of rig and staff at very serious moment. At present, well blowout precaution and control technology for shallow gas is still world-class technical problem for domestic and overseas petroleum industry. The well blowout accidents of PL 19*.3*.3 and BZ 25*.1*.6 in 1999 were encountered for the first time during the 30*.years drilling operation in Bohai bay.Based on the example of PL 19*.3*.3 and BZ 25*.1*.6 blowout accidents, this paper analyses the characteristics of shallow gas blowout and summarizes the requirements for drilling operation in shallow gas area, measures of blowout precaution, emergency measures for shallow blowout according to the offshore drilling practices. It proved that the technology is efficient and practical through much practice.
