摘要
研究表明,采用Plich’s培养液在振荡培养的方式下,辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)产毒量最高。大量快速提出Phytophthora capsici毒素的最佳方法为硫酸铵沉淀法,聚乙二醇法不适宜提取Phytophthora capsici毒素。
The results indicate that the Plich抯 liquid medium and the surging culture condition are suitable for Phytophthora capsici growth and toxin production. (NH4)2SO4 precipitation is the best method for P.capsici toxin distraction. PEG is not suitable for P.capsici toxin distraction.
