摘要
三维齿轮模型是进行产品动力学分析和装配模拟人等的基础。以直齿圆柱齿数为对象,用AutoCAD2000的开发工具VBA语言开发了参数化渐开线齿廓的生成程序,将该程序生成的渐开线齿廓复制到SolidEdge的草图平面上,通过实体拉伸、切割完成三维齿轮造型。
Parameter program of involute profile is developed under the AutoCAD environment by VBA language.The involute profile is copied to sketch plane of Solid Edge,3D model of gear is created based on Solid Edge by protrusion and cutout function.
