摘要 研究了用稀硫酸做介质,痕量Cu(II)对过氧化氢亚甲蓝的褪色反应有强烈的催化作用,从而运用催化动力学光度法测定痕量Cu(II). 本方法灵敏度较高,检出限为0.048mlgm,最大吸收波长为490nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.33×105L/(molml),在0.05—7μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律. 用于测定水样中痕量的Cu(II),结果满意. A catalytic spectrophotometic method , which uses H2SO4 as the medium, H2O2 and mehylene blue as the activator is studied to determine trace copper in environmental water samples.The results show that the derection limits of the method is 0.048mlgm for Cu(Ⅱ)and Beer/s low is obeyed for Cu(Ⅱ)in the range of 0.05—7μg/25ml. The method was applied to the determination of trace Cu (Ⅱ) in water sample and the results are satisfied.
