摘要
目的 :观察短时间内重复麻醉对SD大鼠视觉电生理的影响 .方法 :采用RETI scan系统 ,自制的银 氯化银角膜电极和不锈钢针状电极 ,观察重复麻醉对SD大鼠暗适应视网膜电图、振荡电位、明适应视网膜电图、2 0Hz闪烁反应和视觉诱发电位的变化 .结果 :麻醉间隔时间为 1 2 ,2 4和 4 8h组的明、暗适应视网膜电图 ,振荡电位和 2 0Hz闪烁反映的结果波动很大 ,而麻醉间隔时间为 72h组则与首次麻醉记录的结果相似 ,再次麻醉对大鼠诱发电位记录结果没有显著性的影响 .结论 :结果表明在麻醉 3d后 ,麻醉因素对视觉电生理检查结果的影响基本可以得到恢复 ,对同一大鼠进行重复视觉电生理检查时每次检查间隔 3d以上 ,以消除麻醉本身对检查结果的影响 .
AIM: To observe the effect of different interval of anesthesia on animal visual electrophysiology. METHODS: With RETI scan system, we recorded the scotopic electroretinograph (scot ERG), oscillatory potentials (OPs), photopic electroretinograph (phot ERG), 20 Hz flicker response and visual evoked potentials (VEPs) in the rats using the procedure founded by our lab. RESULTS: The scot ERG, phot ERG, OPs, 20 Hz flicker response observed in different groups after 12, 24 or 48 h from first anesthesia, fluctuated hardly. But that in 72 h group was similar to the first records. The VEP of second hocused groups was not much altered. CONCLUSION: The full recovery of visual electroretinograph could be observed after three days from the first anesthesia. And it is suggested that when we observe changes of the electroretinograph in the same rodent, the examination should be taken at least after 3 days.
