组织芯片技术及其在淋巴瘤研究中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 组织芯片是将数十个、数百个乃至上千个小组织片整齐地排列在某一固相载体上形成微缩组织切片。该技术实现了基因、蛋白质水平的研究与组织形态学相结合。由于淋巴瘤的诊断和研究有其自身复杂性 ,组织芯片技术在淋巴瘤的诊断和研究中将发挥更重要的作用。
