面向GIS的地形图数据改造方法与过程——以汕头市基础地理信息系统为例

The Method and Process of Cartographic Data Renovation for GIS Thematic Map——Shantou City Fundamental GIS as A Case Study

由于 90年代机助制图技术与国家数据标准的不完善 ,导致许多早期地形图数据很难满足GIS专题信息提取、数据挖掘与应用的要求 ,这是许多城市测绘单位普遍存在的问题。为避免重新数字化建库以节约资金 ,对这些数据进行改造具有重要现实意义。本文以汕头市基础地理信息系统建设为例 ,详细地描述了对原有地形图数据进行改造的方法与过程 ,包括数据标准、数据采集平台、数据清理、人工改造 ,以及质量检查控制等。同时 ,结合当前迅速发展的基础地理信息系统 。

Due to the shortcomings in computer aided cartography and national data standards in 1990s, some cartographic databases can not meet the present requirements of extracting thematic information and data mining, which should be a common problem faced by many urban surveying organizations nowadays. Therefore, to avoid data recollecting, data renovating becomes very valuable. This paper takes Shantou fundamental GIS as a sample to describe the method and processes for renovating former cartographic data, including data standard, collection platform, cleaning and manual renovation, quality examination and so on. Finally, some suggestions on fundamental GIS are represented.
