摘要
高校“双师型”教师队伍建设是现代高等教育教学基本建设的重要任务,本文就“双师型”队伍建设的现实要求、本质内涵和实现途径提出一些新的认识和建议。
The teaching body construction in higher - education institutions is modern higher education' s principal work in building a basic teaching structure. Revolving around the construction towards dual - teacher type, the paper proposes some new understandings as well as suggestions.
