摘要
着重谈到 2 0世纪末北京北岛能源技术有限公司运用蓄热式换热技术 ,将低热值的高炉煤气和助燃空气双预热到 10 0 0℃左右 ,从而使高炉煤气可以成为轧钢加热炉和热处理炉的单一燃料。这项具有中国特色的技术创举 ,不但使该项技术在国内得到迅速的推广 ,为我国的节能和环保带来可观的效益。同时 ,已经引起我国钢铁企业燃料结构的变革。纯高炉煤气作加热炉燃料的钢铁企业从中小企业已经扩展到如马钢这样的大型企业。并且 ,从棒、线材轧线用炉 ,发展到板坯加热炉。
This paper is aiming at introduction of the technology, which was supplied by the Beijing Beidao Energy Technology Co., Ltd., for use of only blast furnace gas with lower caloric value (C.V.) as fuel to reheating furnace and heat treatment furnace in the rolling mill. The key point is by use of the regenerative combustion technology to preheat the low C.V. BF gas and comburant air up to 1?000 ℃ before use. This pioneering work with Chinese features brings result an obvious benefit from energy saving and improvement of environmental protection. Meanwhile it initiated a reformation of fuel structure in our steel industry. The steel plant using BF gas as sole fuel has now spreaded from the mini-mid steel plant to large size plant such as Maanshan Steel, and from the furnace for long products to that for flat products.
