Preparation of nano-copper powder by the method of reduction in acqueous solution

摘要 以CuCl2和KBH4为原料采用液相还原法制备了铜粉,经XRD检测确定了反应生成物确为纳米铜粉,且经TEM检测粒径为20~40nm.该方法具有工艺简单,效率高,成本低等优点.并讨论了配位剂、反应温度等对反应结果的影响. Nano-copper powder was prepared by the method of reduction in acqueous solution using CuCl_2 and KBH_4 as raw materials. The sample was charactered by XRD and TEM. The result shows that the sample is nano-copper powder and distribution of particle size is 20~40 nm. There are some excellent characters in the method such as simple technics, high efficiency, low cost etc.The influence of complexing agent, reaction temperature on reaction results was discussed.
