摘要
本文论述了高通绝对值解调分析原理及实现方法,并应用此方法及频谱分析技术对C6132普通车床空运转振动噪声进行研究和分析,找出车床的主要噪声源,从而为该型车床降噪减振的改进设计提供可靠依据。
This paper presents the principle of high-pass-absolute-value demodulation tcchnigue which is applied with spectrum analysis to investigate the vibration and noise produced by the C61 32 Lathe. The main noise sourse is found out and some reliable data are provided to decrease the noise and vibration and to improve the dynamic performence of the c6132 Lathe.
