摘要
将碱处理的废弃剑麻纤维(WSF)分别用偶联剂、乙酸处理后与自制的脲醛树脂(UF)共混,制得UF/WSF复合材料,测试了该复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度、耐磨性能、电绝缘性、吸水性、热分解温度等。研究结果表明,WSF的处理方法对UF/WSF复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度、耐磨性有较大影响,对电绝缘性、吸水性、热分解温度影响较小,其中采用乙酰化处理的复合材料性能最好,其弯曲强度、耐磨性、热分解温度、吸水性及电绝缘性都超过了UF/木粉复合材料。
The alkali-treated waste sisal fiber ( WSF) was treated by coupling agent and acetic acid seperately, and then it was blended with selfmade urea-formaldehyde resin (UF) to prepare UF/WSF composite. And the impact strength, flexural strength, wear resistance, electric insulativity, water absorption property and thermal decomposition temperature of the composite were tested. The results showed that the treated method had great effect on the impact strength, flexural strength and wear resistance of UF/WSF composite, and had little effect on electric insulativity, water absorption property and thermal decomposition temperature. When WSF was treated by acetylation, the composite had best properties, at the same time the flexural strength, wear resistance, thermal decomposition temperature, water absorption and electril insulativity were superior to those of UF/wood powder composite.
