GO基因导入对棉花农艺性状及抗病性的影响 被引量:20

摘要 通过对转葡萄糖氧化酶 (GO)基因棉株系B992 6 1(IV、Ⅷ代 )和B992 6 7(Ⅷ、Ⅳ代 )与受体新陆早 7号及耐黄萎病对照中棉所 12农艺性状及抗病性比较。结果表明 ,转基因棉花株型变矮 ,果柄变长 ,单株成铃数和纤维品质有明显提高。B992 6 1对苗期炭疽病、立枯病及铃疫病抗性有显著提高 ,但不抗红腐病 ;B992 6 7对棉铃疫病抗性也显著增强。这两个品系对枯萎病和黄萎病抗性均有显著提高 ,其中第四代B992 6 1抗黄萎病性能最好 ,达到抗病水平。 According to comparison of agronomic characters and disease resistance among transgenic glucose oxidase gene cottons B99261(IV?Ⅷ)and B99267(IV?Ⅷ),their receptor Xinluzao7 and CK Zhongmiansuo12.The results showed that the transgenic cottons reduced height, their boll stems became longer, the number of bolls increased and fiber attributes were improved. B99261 showed significant protection against phytopathogenic fungi such as Colletotrichum gossypii?Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporum,but not against Fusarium moniliforme. B99267 resisted Fusarium oxysporum and Phytophthora boehmeriae pathogens greatly too. Both of them showed high resistance to Fusarium oxysporum and Verticillium dahliae, and B99261(IV) had the best capability of resistance.
