论全球保险业并购动因、影响及启示

On the M&As of Global Insurance Industry

并购是企业采用外部交易型战略实现资本扩张的重要手段,已经越来越得到理论界与企业界的关注。针对20世纪90年代至今全球保险业掀起的并购热潮,本文运用理论和实证研究法,分析了并购动因及负面影响,并结合中国实际,对如何积极、稳妥推进中国保险业的战略并购提出了一些见解。

Mergers and Acquisitions are the most important means of exterior transaction strategies to realize capital outspread. In 1990s, the world insurance companies raised a heavy wave of M&As. Using theories and demonstration research methods, this paper analyzes the reasons and negative influences of M&As in detail. In the mean time, combining with the situation of China, the paper brings up some views on how to advance the M&A in China insurance industry steadily.
