球形封头不锈钢衬里冲压成形与回弹过程的数值模拟与分析 被引量:4

摘要 运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元程序模拟了大口径、厚壁球形封头衬里多次冲压成形卸载回弹的全过程,分析研究了不锈钢球壳衬里成形过程中的力学特性,并进行了回弹量的计算与预测。所用模拟方法为此类球壳的多次冲压加工工艺方案的设计及模具的设计提供了有效的理论依据。最后进行了实验研究,试验结果与模拟结果很吻合,证明了该方法的有效性。 It presents the process simulation of the multi-steps loading and unloading in large caliber-thick head lining of stainless on platform ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D. This can calculate and predict the spring return amount. It studies the mechanical properties of the lining's deforming process. The simulation method provides basic theoretical foundation for the fabrication of this kind of lining. It illustrates the corresponding experiment, which accords well with the simulation. So this simulation method is practical and efficient.
