摘要
为了使调度中心人员可以迅速掌握电网故障时的情况以及继电保护动作行为,并为电网调度运行部门及时分析、处理电网事故、保证电网安全运行提供可靠的依据,就必须建立电网故障信息处理系统。故障信息处理系统一般由故障信息的采集、传输、处理等环节构成。其中,故障信息采集环节需要处理来自不同厂家、规约各异的保护 和录波装置的信息。由于缺乏统一的标准,工作量巨大的规约转换工作已成为制约故障信息处理系统发展的瓶颈。IEC 61850是变电站自动化系统的新一代的通信标准体系。基于该标准,不同厂家的产品间可实现无缝连接。作者在简要介绍该标准特点的基础上,提出了将其实际应用于故障信息处理系统的技术方案。
For the purposes that when the power system fault occurs the present power system situation and the action of protective relaying can be quickly mastered by the dispatchers and the reliable basis can be offered to the dispatching department in time to analyze and treat the fault and to ensure the security of power system, it is necessary to establish a Fault Information Processing System (FIPS). A FIPS is generally constituted by the units of fault information acquisition, transmission and processing, it is necessary for the fault information acquisition unit to process the information from protection devices and fault recorders provided by different manufacturers and equipped with different communication protocols. Because of absence of a unified standard the protocol transformation, for which a huge amount of calculation must be done, became the bottleneck restricting the development of FIPS. IEC 61850 is a new generation of standard communication system for substation automation, on this basis the seamless connection among the units produced by different manufacturers can be implemented. After a concise introduction to its features, a scheme for the practical application of IEC 61850 to fault information processing system is put forward.
