Determination of ginsenoside Rg_1 in Sanqi Tablets by HPLC

目的 建立HPLC法测定三七片中人参皂苷Rg_1含量的方法。方法 采用Kromasil-C_(18)色谱柱,乙晴-0.05％磷酸溶液(99:400)为流动相,流速为1.2 mL·mL^(-1),检测波长203 nm。结果 人参皂苷Rg_1线性范围为0.072～0.648mg·mL^(-1),平均回收率98.14％,RSD=0.85％。结论 该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine ginsenoside Rg_1 in Sanqi Tablets. METHOD Kromasil-C_(18) column was used. The acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (99: 400) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.2 mL·min, The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. RESULTS The linear range of ginsenoside Rg_1 was 0.072～0.648 mg·mL^(-1), and the average recovery rate was 98.14% with RSD=0.85%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
