摘要
师生互动中潜在影响学生的学习、情意、人格各方面的重要因素称之为"师生互动的隐性课程",对师生互动的隐性课程进行教育设计时,要着重考虑这些因素:暗含期待、领导风格、言语互动、非言语互动。
The important factors which potentially affect the study,affection and personality of students are called 'the hidden curriculum about the intercommunication between teachers and students'.When we design this kind of hidden curriculum,we should think over these factors:implying expectation,leading style,language communication and non-language communication.
