高职学生创业意识、创业心理品质、创业能力和创业知识四个方面素质的培养和提高,是高职院校所面临的崭新课题。在知识经济时代到来之际,加强高职学生创业素质的培养是高职教育的责任与使命,是高职创业教育的重要环节。

It's a new question for study of higher professional school that the students' quality should be fostered in four aspects including the consciousness of start undertaking, the psychological quality of start undertaking, the ability of start undertaking and the knowledge of start undertaking. It's the responsibility, the mission and the core of the higher professional education to strengthen the cultivation of the higher professional students at the time of the knowledge-based economy age.
