摘要
探讨了4-羟基-3-硝基苯甲酸制备工艺的改进。实验结果表明,以4-氯-3-硝基苯甲酸和氢氧化钠为主要原料合成4-羟基-3-硝基苯甲酸为宜。并对反应物的量比、反应时间、后处理等工艺条件进行了考察,找出最佳反应条件,缩短了反应时间,提高了收率,简化了工艺条件。
The process for synthesizing 4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzoic acid was selected. The result indicated that it was desirable to synthesize the titled compound from 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzoic acid and NaOH as main raw materials. The effects of reaction conditions including the molar ratio of reactants, reaction time, and after-treatment on the purity and yield of the product were examined and reaction conditions were optimized. Under such optimum conditions, the reaction time decreased, the yield of the product increased and the technical conditions were simplified.
