摘要
本文推导出了旁接扩散电阻的BE结正向压降温度系数的表达式,并对结果进行了理论分析和实验验证。
In this paper, a formula for the temperature coefficient of BE junction forward voltage is derived for the transistors, BE junction in parallel. The results are analyzed theoritically and demonstrated by experiments.
