摘要
目的 分析儿科易于发生医患纠纷的原因并寻求对策。方法 对儿科 2 0 0 2年以前发生的医患纠纷进行分析归类 ,并与其它科室进行对比 ;采取对策并观察效果。结果 儿科医患纠纷的诱因多于其它科室并有其自身特点。实施并逐步调整对策后不再发生重大医患纠纷 ,患儿满意率稳定 ,高于 95 %。结论 对儿科医患纠纷的易发性原因分析准确 。
Objective To analyze the reasons and countermeasures of the medical disputes in the department of pediatrics.Methods The medical disputes occurred before 2002 in the department of pediatrics in our hospital were analyzed and sorted out.The data was compared with the other departments.A series of countermeasures were carried out and the effectiveness was evaluated.Results The inducement of the medical disputes in the department of pediatrics exceeded other departments and had it’s own characteristics.Since we carried out the countermeasures step by step,severe medical disputes had not occurred any more,and the rate of patients’ satisfaction was stabilized and higher than 95%.Conclusion The reasons was analyzed accurately and the countermeasures made positive effects .
