摘要
永磁联轴器 (PMC)利用永磁材料的磁力作为两轴间无机械接触之转矩传递。传动转矩的计算是PMC设计的一项主要任务。本文对过去二十年来的相关研究作了简单的综述。半经验、半理论方法虽然简单 ,但有明显有足 ;有限元素法FEM能直观表达出磁场的分布 ,计算精度高 ,但计算费时 ;解析法有片电流法与等效磁荷法 ,可直接得出传动转矩的解析公式 ,所得结果与FEM分析结果十分相符。文章用等效磁荷法推出了传动转矩公式 ,与实测结果符合较好 ,可为永磁联轴器设计提供一个便利有效的方法。
Permanent magnet couplings transfer torque between two shafts without any mechanical contact. The calculation of transmissible torque is an important task. The relevant study for the last two decades is brief summarized. Various methods such as experiential, finite element and analytical methods are introduced and compared. The paper presents, for the first time, calculated torque equation by method of equivalent magnetic charge. This approach is proved to be a precise and easy method for the designing of magnetic couplings.
