摘要
结合赣龙铁路外资低标价工程项目管理模式、成本控制的实际运作,阐述了如何改变管理模式降低项目成本,并总结了降低工程成本的具体措施。
This paper, in the light of the actual management model and cost control of the ADB loan project-Ganzhou-Longyan Railway Project, which was awarded at a low price, expatiates on how to improve the management model to reduce costs and sums up some concrete measures for such purpose.
