摘要
本文研究了青蒿琥酯对表皮郎格罕细胞LC的影响.在给雌性豚鼠腹腔注射青蒿琥酯24mg/d×6d后,取各豚鼠右后肢皮肤计算LC密度.结果显示青蒿琥酯组LC数为452±12个/mm^2,对照组为781±16个/mm^2,P<0.001.作者对青蒿琥酯降低LC密度,从而抑制变应性接触性皮炎ACD的机制进行了讨论.
The effect of Artesunate on epidermal Langerhans cells has been studied. Female guinea pigs received intra-abdominally Artesunate 24 mg daily for 6 days. Then,a skin biopy was taken from the right hind-limb and Langerhans cells were counted. The result demonstrated that the number of Langerhans cells was 452±12 /mm2,compared to 781±16 /mm2 in control, group, P<0. 001. The signification of the reduction of Langerhans cell density in the inhibition of allergic contact dermatitis has been discussed in this paper.
