Solar Photocatalytic Degradation of Methyl Orange in Cu(Ⅱ)/TiO_2/ H_2O_2Suspension

摘要 以钛酸四丁酯[Ti(OC4H9)4]为原料通过回流水解,制备了过渡金属Cu(Ⅱ)离子掺杂的TiO2光催化剂.通过TG DTA,IR,XRD对其进行了表征.结果表明:未经热处理的Cu(Ⅱ)/TiO2粉体为锐钛矿和板钛矿的混合晶型.在H2O2存在,太阳光照射下,甲基橙在该悬浮体系中迅速褪色降解,5min内降解率达90%以上.同时研究了pH值、H2O2浓度、甲基橙用量、光照条件、分散方式等对光催化剂活性的影响. Cu(Ⅱ)-doped TiO_(2) photocatalyst was prepared with titanium tetrabutoxide as a precursor under refluxing. The results of TG-DTA, IR, XRD showed that unheated sample was a mixed phase of anatase and brookite. By addition of hydrogen peroxide, methyl orange can be rapidly degradated in Cu(Ⅱ)/TiO_(2) suspension and the degradtion rate was up to 90 % in 5 min.The effect of pH value, (H_(2)O_(2)) concentration, different lights, and ultrasound irradiation on the rate of photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was also investigated.
