染料增感的碘溴化银照相材料的光电子特性 被引量:3

摘要 利用微波介电检测技术检测了在420~680nm范围内曝光的由2种不同染料光谱增感的AgBrI样品的光电子行为.结果表明光电子强度与染料的反射吸收光谱符合得很好,微波介电检测技术可快速检测光谱增感过程中的光电子,从而可用于研究光谱增感中染料的特性. Microwave dielectric spectrum detection technology (MDSD) was used to detect photoelectron current of two AgBrI samples spectrally sensitized by different dyes, which were exposed by photon in the range of 420~680 nm.Results showed that intensity behavior of photoelectron currents was consistent with reflection absorption spectrum of dyes, and MDSD could quickly detect the character of dyes in spectral sensitization.
