牛结核ELISA方法的改进和优化研究

在传统ELISA基础上 ,对ELISA板的稳定系统、血清稀释液的显色系统、ELISA底物等流程进行了改进 ,建立了牛结核ELISA方法。阻断试验和交叉反应结果表明该ELISA方法具有较好的特异性 ;不同人多次重复试验 。

An ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)was established to detect bovine tuberculosis by improved classical ELISA.The storage conditions of the plates coated by PPD,Serum diluent and ELISA substrate were explored.Through crossing test,blocking test and repeatability test,it was indicated that the ELISA had a good specificity and repeatability.
