摘要
采用一种新型的催化体系CaCl2 K2 S2 O8 CF3 COOH ,将乙烷直接羰基化合成丙酸。考察了反应过程中温度、反应时间、CO压力和催化剂等因素对反应收率的影响 ,找出了反应所需的最优化条件 ,使丙酸的收率达到 86 .0 %左右。
A novel catalytic system CaCl 2_K 2S 2O 8_CF 3COOH was used for direct carboxylation of ethane to propionic acid.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,CO pressure and catalysts were investigated;the optimal conditions for the reaction were determined,the yield of propionic acid could reach 86.0% or so under optimized reaction conditions.A possible reaction mechanision was proposed.
