摘要
气体吸收是化工生产中比较普遍的单元操作过程 ,填料吸收塔传质系数的确定对传质速率方程 ,传质单元高度以及填料层高度的计算有重要意义 .有关学者由因次分析法建立了关于传质系数的准数关联式 ,但由于对流传质过程的复杂性 ,对于具体吸收条件 ,这些表达式一般通过试验测定 .有关研究人员 ,根据不同情况研究出不同的表达式 .针对二氧化碳气体吸收 ,采用实验测定并结合准数关联式 ,得出液相总传质系数方程 ,为CO2 气相总传质系数的测定提供新方法 .
Gas absorbtion is commom unit operation, determination of mass transfur constant in packet tower have important significance for the hight of mass transfor unit aswellas caculation of the hight packet tower in order to determine mass transfer constant in packet tower , many related expert establish standard constant equation from unit analysis strategy. But countercurrent flow mass transfer is very complicated, different substant absorption has different equation. This paper give readers liquid overall mass transfer constant equation for CO 2 absorption by water, and offer new method for determination of CO 2 absorption mass transfer constant.
