Using computer simulation software of three-dimensional flow process, the study on molten steel flow in slab caster mould in Capital Iron & Steel Corporation has been taken, upon which the effects of four submerged depths on fluid flow have been calculated. It is proved that 270?mm depth is an reasonable design plan under the current practice conditions.
