急性结石性胆囊炎(ACC)是外科常见的急腹症之一,具有病情进展快、迁延不愈、易反复发作等特征,延误治疗会引发化脓性感染、胆囊坏疽等严重并发症,甚至会危及生命。尽管ACC已在临床上进行了很长时间的研究,但其诊疗仍具有挑战性。本文结合国内外最新研究文献对ACC的诊疗现状进行综述。

Acute cholecystitis is one of the common acute abdomen diseases in surgery. It has the characteris-tics of rapid progression, incurable disease, and prone to repeated attacks. Delayed treatment can cause severe complications such as suppurative infection, gallbladder gangre, and even life-threatening. Although ACC has been conducting clinical research for a long time, its diagnosis and treatment are still challenging. This article summarises the diagnosis and treatment status of ACC in combination with the latest research literature at home and abroad.
