摘要
新时代是指实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴的时代;新时代也指以人工智能科技为代表的科学技术革命的时代。这一时代赋予了教育新的使命,即培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。本研究以中学学生为研究对象,将中学学生劳动素养界定为学生通过校内外学习、活动的参与以及生活实践的体验所积累形成的与劳动有关的人的素养,这包括知、情、意、行、观、创六个维度。研究通过分析中学生所具备的劳动技能、服务社会的情怀以及职业生涯规划等意识和能力的新时代内涵入手;然后,对比城乡学校间,以及不同学校类型下中学生劳动素养培育现状;进一步从学校、家庭、社会三个角度分析中学生劳动素养培育中“三位一体”各自存在的问题并分析问题产生的原因;最后针对存在的问题提出可行性措施。
The new era refers to the realization of the “two centenary goals” and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;the new era also refers to the era of scientific and technological revolution represented by artificial intelligence technology. This era has given education a new mission, that is, to train the socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetic and labor. This study takes middle school students as the research object, and defines middle school students’ labor literacy as the human literacy related to labor accumulated by students’ learning in and out of school, participation in activities and life practice experience, which includes six dimensions of knowledge, emotion, intention, behavior, outlook and creativity. The research starts with analyzing the connotation of the new era of the consciousness and ability of the middle school students, such as labor skills, feelings of serving society and career planning. Then, it compares the status quo of middle school students’ labor literacy cultivation between urban and rural schools and under different school types. Further from the perspectives of school, family and society, the author analyzes the problems of the trinity in the cultivation of middle school students’ labor literacy and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, feasible measures are proposed to solve the existing problems.
