多元主体视角下农村幼儿园亲子活动的实践研究

摘要 幼儿园亲子活动是联系幼儿园、教师、家长和幼儿的有效纽带,是推进家园共育的重要方式之一。本研究以L市5所农村幼儿园为阵地,基于家长、幼儿教师和幼儿多元主体视角角度,运用问卷法、访谈法和马赛克方法,通过综合分析指出了当前农村幼儿园亲子活动存在表现形式单一、活动开展顺利但教育价值不大、家长参与度不同和幼儿的需求未被完全满足等问题,分析原因并提出了基于儿童视角开展活动、基于幼儿园及本地特色开展活动和鼓励家长和幼儿参与亲子活动的方案制定等优化策略。 Kindergarten parent-child activities are an effective link between kindergartens, teachers, par-ents and young children, and are one of the important ways to promote home co-education. In this study, 5 rural kindergartens in L City were used as the position. Based on the perspective of parents, preschool teachers and children, using questionnaire method, interview method and mosaic method, the current parent-child activities in rural kindergartens are pointed out through comprehensive analysis and other problems such as single manifestation, smooth development of activities but little educational value, different parental participation and unmet needs of young children, and the reasons are analyzed, and optimization strategies such as carrying out activities based on children’s perspective, carrying out activities based on kindergartens and local characteristics, and encouraging parents and children to participate in parent-child activities are proposed.
