环境规制、技术创新对经济高质量发展的影响研究综述

Literature Review on the Impact of Environmental Regulation and Technological Innovation on High-Quality Economic Development

中国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展的新阶段,高质量发展成为学者们研究的热点。研究发现经济高质量发展与环境规制和低碳经济技术创新密切相关,但大部分结论存在分歧。本文在阅读国内外相关文献的基础上,归纳了环境规制、技术创新与经济高质量发展之间的关系的主要观点。进一步研究需要构建环境规制与技术创新的综合分析框架,细化研究对象,关注空间互动效应。

China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a new stage of high-quality develop-ment, and high-quality development has become a hot topic in scholars’ research. The research finds that high-quality economic development is closely related to environmental regulation and technological innovation of low-carbon economy, but most conclusions are different. On the basis of reading relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the main viewpoints on the relationship between environmental regulation, technological innovation and high-quality econom-ic development. Further research needs to build a comprehensive analysis framework of environ-mental regulation and technological innovation, refine the research object, and pay attention to the spatial interaction effect.
