摘要 磁流体光纤磁场传感器因成本低、灵敏度高等特点,在磁场传感测量领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文通过一种简单易操作的化学共沉淀法制备了具有良好分散性和稳定性的水基磁流体,并在此基础上设计制作了一种磁流体光纤传感探头,搭建了端面反射式的测量系统,从实验上探究了反射光功率随磁场改变的变化趋势,从而实现了磁场测量。实验采用数值拟合结合误差分析的方法对数据进行了深入分析,揭示了反射光功率与磁感应强度之间的内在联系,为基于磁流体材料的光纤磁场传感系统的设计提供了理论与实验基础。Magnetic fluid fiber optic magnetic field sensors have broad application prospects in the field of magnetic field sensing and measurement due to their low cost and high sensitivity. This article describes the preparation of water-based magnetic fluids with good dispersibility and stability using a simple and easy-to-operate chemical co-precipitation method. Based on this, a magnetic fluid fiber sensing probe is designed and fabricated, and an end-face reflection measurement system is built. The trend of reflected light power changing with magnetic field is explored experimentally to achieve magnetic field measurement. The experiment used numerical fitting combined with error analysis to conduct an in-depth analysis of the data, revealing the inherent relationship between reflected light power and magnetic induction intensity, providing a theoretical and experimental basis for the design of fiber optic magnetic field sensing systems based on magnetic fluid materials.
