摘要
精度较高的车床以及其他加工设备大多会对加工环境的温度场均匀性有所要求,空调送风速度以及位置等参数设置则是控制温度场均匀度的关键。研究空调参数对温度场均匀性的影响,通过物理建模以及数据仿真的方式模拟出加工环境内温度场以及速度场,得出了随着送风速度增加,温度场均匀度增加,加工区域峰值温度减小,随着空调器位置参数增大,加工区域温度上升的结论。研究工作为精密加工环境温度控制提供了一种技术方案。
Most of the lathes and other processing equipment with high precision will have requirements for the uniformity of the temperature field in the processing environment, and parameter settings such as air conditioning air supply speed and position are the key to controlling the uniformity of the temperature field. The influence of air conditioning parameters on the uniformity of the tempera-ture field was studied, and the temperature field and speed field in the processing environment were simulated by physical modeling and data simulation, and it was concluded that with the in-crease of air supply speed, the uniformity of the temperature field increased, the peak temperature of the processing area decreased, and the temperature of the processing area increased with the increase of the position parameters of the air conditioner. The research work provides a technical scheme for the temperature control of precision machining environment.
