医养护一体化健康教育路径对脑卒中照顾者准备度及生活质量影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨医养护一体化健康教育路径提高首发缺血性脑卒中患者主要照顾者准备度及生活质量的效果。方法:2020年3月~2021年2月采用便利抽样法,选取某市二级甲等医院国家级“综合防治卒中中心”住院的122例首发缺血性脑卒中患者的主要照顾者,实施医养护一体化健康教育路径,对比实施前后的照顾者准备度及生活质量,并随访路径干预30天后,患者的非计划再入院率。结果:干预后照顾者准备度总分(25.3 ±4.554)显著高于干预前(18.66 ±8.568),差异有统计学意义(p p 【0.05),但心理维度无统计学差异。2例(1.6%)患者在干预后30天内的随访中再次入院。结论:医养护一体化健康教育路径能有效提高首发缺血性脑卒中患者主要照顾者准备度及生活质量,在促进患者疾病恢复及生活质量上起到积极作用,未来研究应注重和促进主要照顾者心理健康及提高其应急处理能力的临床实践。 Objective: To examine the integrated healtheducation path of medical care on the readiness and quality of life in the primary caregivers of patients with first-episodeischemic stroke. Methods: We employed convenience sampling to select primarycaregivers of 122 caregivers of patients with first-episode ischemic strokehospitalized in Stroke Center during March, 2020-February, 2021. After that, weimplemented the integrated health education path of medical care. Thecaregivers’ readiness and the quality of QOL before and after the study werecompared. Unplanned readmission rate of caregivers were followed up 30days after the pathway intervention.
