摘要
本实验采用静水封闭呼吸室法,研究了pH (5、6、7、8、9、10)、盐度(0、2、4、6、8、10)对禾花鲤耗氧率、窒息点的影响,并且建立了pH、盐度与耗氧率、窒息点的回归方程模型。实验结果表明:pH、盐度(S)对禾花鲤幼鱼耗氧率和窒息点有显著影响(PAP)最低,回归方程为DAP = 0.0248pH2 ? 0.3558pH+ 1.6129 (R2 = 0.929)、DAP = ?0.0012S3 + 0.025S2 ?0.0668S + 0.4644 (R2 = 0.9958);当pH、盐度分别为6.0、2.0时,耗氧率(R0)最低,回归方程为:R0 = ?0.003pH3 + 0.0723pH2 ?0.548pH + 1.6602 (R2 = 0.9602)、R0 = ?0.0001S3+ 0.002S2 ?0.0022S + 0.3037 (R2 = 0.965)。当溶氧不充足时,pH、盐度分别为7.3、1.55的环境条件下,有助于提高禾花鲤耐低氧能力。
In this experiment, the static waterclosed breathing chamber method was used to study the pH (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)and salinity (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) on the oxygen consumption rate and asphyxiationpoint of Procypris merus. The regressionequation model of pH, salinity and oxygen consumption rate, and suffocationpoint was established. The experimental results showed that pH and salinity (S)had significant effects on the oxygen consumption rate and asphyxiation pointof juveniles of Procypris merus (P AP) was the lowest. The regression equations were DAP = 0.0248pH2 ? 0.3558pH+ 1.6129 (R2 = 0.929), and DAP = ?0.0012S3 + 0.025S2 ? 0.0668S+ 0.4644 (R2 = 0.9958);when the pH and salinity are 6.0 and2.0 respectively, the oxygen consumption rate (R0) is the lowest, and the regression equations were:R0= ?0.003pH3 + 0.0723pH2 ? 0.548pH+ 1.6602 (R2 = 0.9602),and R0 = ?0.0001S3+ 0.002S2 ? 0.0022S+ 0.3037 (R2 = 0.965). When dissolved oxygen was insufficient,the hypoxia tolerance of the Procyprismerus was improved under the environmental conditions of pH 7.3 and salinity1.55, respectively.
